On Microves and Pressure Cookers.......

One of the most obvious differences between men and women is the way they are aroused to sexual activity. For men, visual stimulation will do it every time, rergardless of what sort of day he has had! Just a glimpse of thigh as his lady exits the shower will generally have him wanting to see (and do!) more. It's as simple a pressing the "start" button on the microwave. Perhaps the only exception to this may be Friday night. Walk between him and the television while the football is on, and even if you're wearing the sexiest of lingerie, he probably won't notice! Never mind ladies......just try again during the ad break.

For the fellas, this whole process of getting her turned on is a bit more complex. Like the pressure cooker, it takes preparation and time. As a general rule, the longer it takes, the sweeter and more tender the end result will be. So, just how does a man go about starting to turn on his lady hours before the big event?

Let's start with the working man. Do you kiss her goodbye on your way out to work? What does that kiss tell her? A fleeting peck on the cheek and "bye Honey" as you rush off won't inspire her much. A reassuring hug, a lingering pasionate kiss and a heartfelt "I love you Honey......can't wait to see you again" will have her simmering all day, anticipating your homecoming. At the end of your work day,don't forget to follow up on the words you left her with, regardless of the pressures of the day. Make her the centre of your attention as soon as you arrive home. She's sure to ask "how was your day", so tell her how much you missed her, or how much better the day would have been in her company. Don't make the mistake of pouring out all the troubles of your workplace........she's probably got enough of her own, especially if you have young children. Keep the compliments flowing, offer to help with the meal preparation or perhaps keep the kids occupied while she cooks. If you've been together for any length of time, you should know her routine for this time of day. Be helpful, without being obtrusive. Learn to read how she is reacting, and adjust your behaviour accordingly.

Don't try and rush things. You can ruin the whole days efforts by one careless, seemingly trivial, action. If she wants to watch her favourite movie again, watch it with her. Switching to the sports channel at this stage would be like putting the pressure cooker in the freezer! It's all about sacrifice. The best way to get what you want, is to give her what she wants. Ulimately that will be the same thing, and your lovemaking will be a celebration of another day spent committed to each other. Enjoy!
